I don't want to cram it down their throats, but then again, as a shepherd, I need to lead them to that water and provide a quiet time for them to drink for themselves!!! AT WBS, Peri gave an overview of the speaker at the retreat. She said, "How many of you can tell me about this piece of chocolate? (She held up a small piece) Can you describe the smell? the taste?... Knowing about chocolate is a lot different than, (This is where she took a long savoring bite and smiled with her eyes closed) tasting and enjoying chocolate." I thought about using that example with Nessy (and the others as they get older) comparing it with that factual/head knowledge vs. knowing and experiencing and worshipping God. (I just remembered what you & I have been e-mailing about) and laughed out loud. Anyways! Keep us posted on your progress! We've been so hit and miss about QT, and I too would like to be consistent with them.Gingerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13136357927834621203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4037448079954692550.post-40337116993676539202009-03-09T07:42:00.000-07:002009-03-09T07:42:00.000-07:00I am lurking and waiting to see how this goes for ...I am lurking and waiting to see how this goes for you...I am needing to start this same thing!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
